Overview:
Our client is seeking a Sales Leader with a Player- Coach mindset— someone who leads by example, inspires performance, and drives results through both personal contribution and team development. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of technology-driven B2B sales, and fluency in using HubSpot and other modern sales tools to optimize processes and pipeline visibility. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who enjoys both closing deals personally and developing a team of high-performing sellers to meet and exceed company goals. To be successful in this role, you must be able to use MS Office tools, and able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and juggle lots of projects and deadlines at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Serve as a player-coach — managing your own key accounts and pipeline while guiding others to success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to hospitality and senior living markets.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and related tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to track, forecast, and analyze sales performance
- Build data-driven sales processes, including KPIs, dashboards, and playbooks for consistent execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in customer relationships — demonstrating empathy, credibility, and consultative selling that reflects a hospitality mindset.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and partner events to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Skills:
- 7+ years of sales and leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, senior living, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM — pipeline management, reporting, automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with other SaaS sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a record of developing sales talent.
- Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles, ideally selling into hotels, management companies, and ownership groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA or hospitality degree a plus). Travel requirement: 10%-40% Desired Attributes
