Full-time – Remote, travel 10%- 40%

Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $175,000 with commission.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team. This full-time, remote position is focused on developing strong relationships with hotel clients, promoting innovative safety solutions, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled at leading product demonstrations, managing a full sales cycle, and coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospitality technology and safety trends, maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.
  • Strategically plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales initiatives.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, from initial contact through close.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure high-value deals.
  • Accurately qualify leads and forecast revenue to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and address barriers within the sales cycle, implementing improvements to drive faster, more efficient outcomes.
  • Travel domestically between 10–40% of the time for conferences, client meetings, and events (average expected travel is about 25%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Background in the hospitality industry and/or B2B technology sales is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with hospitality safety compliance and regulations is a plus
