Our client is a supplier of late-lifecycle electronics, specializing in managing the lifecycle of electronic components used in Caterpillar machinery. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry and Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at data entry and basic administrative tasks, enjoys coordinating communication, and thrives in an office environment.
Key Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Location: Onsite at least 4 out of 5 weekdays

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry using Excel and QuickBooks to maintain and update records and documentation.
- Act as the liaison between customers and suppliers, facilitating email communication to ensure smooth correspondence.
- Update documents based on information provided by customers and suppliers.
- Use QuickBooks to create purchase orders (POs) and invoices (no advanced accounting required).
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, email, and data entry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills to manage professional email correspondence.
- College degree preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently and in a structured office environment.
