<p>Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented Tax Accountant and/or CPA to join their team. As a Tax Accountant and/or CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws, optimizing tax strategies, and providing valuable financial insights to their clients.</p>



<p>** Will consider part-time and/or contract for the right candidate **</p>



<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>



<p>1. Tax Preparation and Compliance: Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, payroll and other business entities.</p>



<p>2. Tax Planning and Advisory: Offer sound tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and helping them make informed financial decisions. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.</p>



<p>3. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and review of clients’ records to identify potential areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.</p>



<p>4. Client Consultation: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their tax-related inquiries and concerns. Offer clear explanations of complex tax concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds.</p>



<p>5. Audit Support: Assist clients during tax audits, working closely with tax authorities and providing necessary documentation to support clients’ positions.</p>



<p>6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies with overall financial planning and business advisory services.</p>



<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>



<p>1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license is strongly preferred.</p>



<p>2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Tax Accountant and/or CPA, with a strong track record in tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.</p>



<p>3. Strong Bookkeeping and Accounting skills, including experience with</p>



<p>QuickBooks Desktop and Online.</p>
